I fell in love with Camiguin Island to the point I wanted to secure a place to retire to. Every once in a while you get lucky, and Bida Solski, one of the owners of the Secret Cove Resort recently became a licensed Realestate Broker. After giving her the rough parameters of what I was looking for she quickly set to work and found me a delightful house in a peaceful part of the Island. We worked out a deal and I'm quite happy with my home. As I am not planning to retire for a couple more years, I also retained her services to look after the house and property for me, a service she supplies at a reasonable price and takes the worry out of being an absentee homeowner.
