ABOUT BIDA SOLSKI
Brigida "Bida" Jalop was born in her Families Camiguin Island home on Februrary 1, 1974. After graduating from Mahinog National High School,
she then enrolled in a 4 year undergraduate program in Agricultural Business Management at Mindanao State University, General Santos City. "Bida" has travelled
abroad including a visit to Switzerland for 3 months in 1999. Upon returning to Camiguin she applied for an Assistant Manager position at Secret Cove Beach Resort where she met and
eventually married her husband Tom. "Bida" has successfully managed Secret Cove Beach Resort for the past 8 years.
In 2007 "Bida" became the first Woman Department of Trade & Industry (D.T.I.) Licensed Real Estate Salesperson on Camiguin Island, in May 2008 she passed the D.T.I. Licensed Real Estate Brokers exam, in July 2008 she was issued her R.E.B. number, thus becoming the first Woman Licensed Real Estate Broker on Camiguin Island.
On December 4, 2008 Bida was inducted into PAREB-CEREB and was designated a "Realtor" the first Realestate Broker on Camiguin to obtain this designation.
Although "Bida" is relatively new in the Real Estate Business she fully understands that hard work and relationships built on HONESTY, INTEGRITY and HIGH ETHICAL STANDARDS produce the inevitable result...

Valerie "Val" Antillon was born in Quezon City, Manila and as young as nine years old transferred to the United States of America. "Val" finished her elementary and high school in Wheaton, Maryland.
For College Val decided to come back to the Philippines where she finished her undergraduate studies in BS Psychology in Xavier University Cagayan de Oro.
Being that, Valerie has been working since she was 16 years old her job experiences are wide and varied, from being a Disc Jockey to a Product Trainer in a Business Process Outsourcing Company. Her work ethics and discipline was rewarded when she was promoted as an Operations Manager handling 100 sales people for NCO manila. After having a taste of the fast life Valerie decided to move to Camiguin where she became the first licensed real estate agent under Brigida Solski Camiguin Realty on the Island, in 2008
Valerie envisions being a bridge between the seller and the buyer. She seeks to come to a point where both the seller and the buyer are happy with their decisions. Tom Solski retired to Camiguin Island November 1996, he built and then opened Secret Cove Beach Resort in November 1998. Tom has assisted many of his guests in the lease / purchase of their property on Camiguin Island. He has an extensive business background in Canada, is extremely familiar with Philippine Law on Property and Ownership, he also completed the Licensed Real Estate Brokers Study Program in Cebu, as a Foreign National he was not permitted to take the Brokers Exam, he is one of Bida's Mentors and Advisors. In addition to Tom, there are a number of retired Professionals assisting and advising Bida.
